Shipping and Delivery
Bellwetherbooks offers free standard domestic shipping on orders placed directly through Bellwetherbooks.com. Domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days.
Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within one business day. Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carriers and tracking
Bellwetherbooks chooses the carrier based on package weight, destination, service level, and cost. Possible carriers include USPS, UPS, OSM Worldwide, ePost Global, and other appropriate delivery partners.
Standard book shipments may travel by USPS Media Mail or another economical tracked service. Tracking information is emailed when available.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, Bellwetherbooks will contact the customer with available options.
Address changes and returned packages
Address changes are only possible before shipment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delayed, lost, returned to sender, or affected by an incorrect address, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and help resolve the issue.
International orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's applicable shipping and delivery rules. This policy primarily applies to orders placed directly through Bellwetherbooks.com.
