Returns and Refunds
Bellwetherbooks accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Please include the order number or other identifying order information with the return so we can correctly match it to your purchase.
Return shipping
Bellwetherbooks pays return shipping when the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, or the item materially differs from the listing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping for accidental orders, changed minds, items no longer wanted, or address errors supplied by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are normally nonrefundable unless Bellwetherbooks made the error.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, or shipping label. Depending on the situation, Bellwetherbooks may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or prepaid return.
Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process. Because Bellwetherbooks works to ship orders quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's applicable payment, cancellation, return, refund, and buyer-protection rules. Customers should initiate requests through the marketplace where the order was placed. This policy primarily applies to orders placed directly through Bellwetherbooks.com.
